2RCi

The Product 2RCi is a new approach to excavator Safe Load Indicators. The system offers a novel and unique touch screen display ensuring all the required information is presented to the operator in a clear and concise manner.

Specification 2RCi is deigned to be LOLER compliant. Utilising angle sensors on the boom and dipper arms with a pressure switch on the hydraulic lift cylinder for the boom.

The Principle Utilising angle sensors on the boom and the dipper arm the system is able to ascertain the position of the load being lifted. Combined with information from a pressure transducer on the main boom lift cylinder the system is then able to ascertain the load versus the moment of the machine and give a true safe working load for that load position.

Spaceguard

Spaceguard is a new era in Height and Slew control offering restriction with full sensor redundancy and dual computation. Designed for use where machines may be working under live power lines or next to road or rail with live traffic movements.

Slewstop

Slewstop offers a unique and cost effective way of slew restriction. Utilising a stand alone slew encoder the system monitors the slew of the machine in both left and right movements, which coupled with two hydraulic cut off’s allows the system to restrict slew.
