The GKD 3rci indicator family introduces new thinking and a new approach to the monitoring of road rail vehicle stability.

With innovative new measurement systems and use of modern technology the indicators are ready for forthcoming legislative changes to the existing GM RT1300 standard (RIS 1530).

The 3rci system is controlled via a touchscreen LCD display with large and clear indication of important data. Incorporating “soft” buttons on the touch-screen further enhances the 3rci system making it user-friendly to operate and configure. Clear icons are used throughout to make the system truly international.

Designed in a modular format the GKD 3rci utilises industry standard CAN bus connectivity to ensure ease of maintenance and robustness. Use of the CAN bus enables additional sensing and control to be quickly and easily added for special applications. The system utilises Deutsch connectors throughout to facilitate field repairs. Advanced diagnostics on-board provides continuous monitoring and intelligent fallback strategies to ensure maximum machine availability.
